RHINO "FOOTWEAR"
One of the first major charity and awareness projects EES started in 2012 was with the release of his Namibian flag style canvas shoes. For each pair sold a donation went to the Rhino Trust Namibia.
The shoes were sold in leading supermarkets and retailers like PickNPay and Cymot for the release of the shoes. Each shoebox has the Rhino Trust Namibia logo in it and contains an additional flyer (as seen below) with the increasing rhino poaching crisis of southern Africa and the amount of N$ per shoe sold which is being donated to the Rhino Trust.
Additionally to the Nam Flava Footwear, we also designed various Rhino T-shirts and teamed up with "HORN NAMIBIA" which is a group of independent Farmers in Namibia that share resources and information to protect the rhinos on their land. The profit of the T-shirts sold by Horn Namibia went into the security protection of the rhinos.

EES then also visited one of the founding members of HORN NAMIBIA at Mt. Etjo Lodge with a german camera team and filmed a video of a live rhino tracking and interview.

Another great awareness effort was when we teamed up with Gondwanas "Namib Desert Lodge" where each Friday the whole staff of the Lodge would wear the "Home of the last Rhino" T-shirts. Which started great awareness conversations with the guests about the situation of the rhino in Namibia.
